Admission process is a tedious and painful process where students need to come to School multiple times. In the current pandemic situtaions students and Institutions can go for Online Admission. No need for form distribution, form submission, document verification, handling of subject combinations & eligibility criteria to handle. It has become imperative for Institutions to go for a system that automates & streamlines the admission process.

Start accepting Online Admission within 30 minutes of registration. You need to add school details, logo, admission start & end date, subject combinations offered, marks criteria for taking admission and set up is ready to accept online admission from the students.

Absolutely, there is no upfront registration charges for the Schools to start using the application. Schools can use Admin Panel to manage all the information, export all the data, documents and images free of cost.

However to cover the operating costs like sms charges, maintenance of server & application, support, we charge a nominal amount per student which can be borne by the School or Students.

There is no premium version of Admission App, all the features are available to all the registered users.

However, in case Schools need features like Student Management, Staff Management, Certificate Management, Library Management, Fee Management, Accounting Management, Examination Management, SMS Management, and other various features, then they can take our SchoolOnWeb School Management ERP application. In case Schools want Mobile application for Parent-Teacher communication for their Institution to manage Notices & Circulars, Homework, Class Diary, Manual or Automatic Attendance using RFID, Leave Management, Marks Entry, Academic Report, and other features then they can go for our School eDiary Mobile App.

Once Students start applying for online admission, School Admin can see the application details. They can also view the student photo and documents submitted for verification. They can generate merit list based on various criteria and export all the data in excel sheets after the completion of the Admission process. The data will be available in our highly secured Amazon Cloud Server (AWS)for the registered schools for 180 days after the completion of the Admission Process.

Our application is integrated with SSL for safe and secure transfer of user information to our cloud servers. All the paymnets accepted on our platforms are through Pay U Money which is a renowned Paymnet Gateway provider having the best secured platform for accepting online payments

School On Web users already using our Basic or Advance version of School Management ERP application do not need to register again. They can manage all the settings and information from their existing SchoolOnWeb Application. However the students need to apply for Online Admission from this website using the "Apply Now" button situated at the top of the page.
